How to make Curd Rice?

  1. Clean rice and wash it well.
  2. Take pressure cooker, pour water and rice and cook it till 2-3 whistles. Keep aside for sometime.
  3. Mix yogurt and salt in the cooked rice.
  4. Take oil in tha pan and add mustard seeds and red chillies and cook it till the chillies are almost black.
  5. Mix it in the rice and stir well.
  6. Curd rice is ready to serve now.

  2. Stir sesame continuously. Roast it until the color turns into golden.

  5. Add roasted sesame (til) and mix it well.
  6. Spread the mixture into a sheet.
  7. Let it cool for 10-15 minutes.
