Firstly, deep the Sabudana in the water for minimum 3 hours.

  1. Heat the milk in a deep non stick pan.
  2. Add the saffron and mix it well.
  3. Cook on low heat till the milk thickens a little.
  4. Meanwhile thinly slice the almonds.
  5. Add the sabudana to the milk and cook, stir it with the help of spoon, till the sabudana is fully cooked and the kheer thickened.
  6. Add almonds, sugar and green cardamom powder and mix well.
  7. Sabudana Kheer is ready now to serve.

  1. Take water to  boil in a teapot and add cannabis to it.
  2. Brew for about 7 to 10 minutes, then strain.
  3. Gradually grind the strained cannabis along with 2 tbsp of milk, repeat this process several times.
  4. Strain the milk into another bowl and keep aside.
  5. Add a little more milk to the cannabis and grind it along with the almonds, repeat this several times
  6. Remove the cannabis and pour the milk, coconut milk, grenadine and boiled water into a container.
  7. Combine ginger, sugar, and garam masala with it, keep stirring.
  8. Bhang Lassi is ready to serve.

Puran Poli Dough Process

  1. Combine the flour and oil in a bowl and knead into soft dough with the help of water.
  2. Divide the dough into 15 equal portions and keep aside.

Puran Poli Filling Process

  1. Combine the dal in 1½ cups of water and cook it in pressure cooker for 3 whistles.
  2. Drain any excess water and mash the dal lightly using the back of the spoon.
  3. Dissolve the saffron in a little water and keep aside for sometime.
  4. Take a karahi and heat ghee in it also mix dal and sugar and cook on a medium flame till the mixture thickens, while stirring continuously.
  5. Prepare mixture of cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, mace powder and saffron and add it into dal.
  6. Divide it into 15 equal parts.

Puran Poli Making Process

  1. Roll out one portion of the dough into a 3″ diameter circle.
  2. Place a portion of the filling in the centre and fold the edges of the dough over the filling. Pinch the edges together to seal the filling in.
  3. Flatten the dough and roll again into a 4″ diameter circle, with the help of little wheat flour for rolling.
  4. Cook on a tava (griddle) on a medium flame till it turns golden brown in colour on both the sides.
  5. Repeat this process with remaining dough.
